- What is the 'Satisfaction Guarantee'?
- If you arrive and are unhappy with your accommodations,
please contact us immediately at 617-236-2227. We will provide you with
a comparable or upgraded room in your building or another of our locations.
If we need to move you to another building, we will provide transportation
at no cost. If no other suites are available and you choose to leave, we
will provide a full refund.
- How do I make reservations?
- Inn Boston Reservations is a central reservation and
property mangement company for multiple furnished accommodations. You
may reserve a suite online, or call 617-236-2227.
As there is no on site host at any of the apartments, reservations and
payments must be made in advance of your arrival date.
Please note that if you are making a LAST MINUTE RESERVATION, arriving
within 48 hours, you will need to phone our office to confirm your reservation
and apartment details. Last minute reservations are not guaranteed without
confirmation from our office.
- What is included in my reservation?
- All of the suites and apartments include:
- Two sets of clean linens and towels
- Accessorized kitchens with dishes, pots, pans, glassware and utensils
- One or more television with cable service
- Wireless internet service (should we say 'not guaranteed or something?!)
- One or more telephone with private number and local phone service,
- A directory with information specific to your apartment and neighborhood
- How does the booking process work? Are there any hidden
costs I should be aware of?
- Simply choose the apartment that best suits your specifications
and make your reservation. Though no hotel taxes are applicable, a 5%
(10%??) processing fee is added to the price displayed. The credit card
provided will be charged for 50% of the total reservation amount and
an automatic confirmation will be emailed to you. Two weeks before your
arrival date our staff will charge the final amount and email a personilized
confimation with the full address, apartment number and entry instructions.

- How will I receive my keys?
- Once final payments are made, access codes will be provided via email which will allow you access to the building and your suite. These codes will work in one of two ways depending on the building where you are staying. They will either open the door to your unit directly, or they will open a lockbox adjacent to the door, inside which you will find the keys needed to access the suite for duration of your stay.
- What is the penalty for cancelling my reservation?
- Reservations cancelled up to two weeks prior to arrival date are refunded in full less a $50 cancellation fee. Guests canceling less than two weeks in advance will have already recieved access codes to their building and unit, and are therefore responsible for the full booking amount. This means that cancellations after the two week window will be billed in full.
- Are pets allowed?
- Dogs are allowed in one of our buildings, the Back

- Is parking available?
- We do not offer parking but all of the apartments
are in close proximity to many garages and metered parking is available
on most streets.

- Is smoking permitted in any of the apartments?
- Inn Boston Reservation buildings, like all hotels
in Massachusetts, are mandated non-smoking buildings. Violators will
be charged $500 and credit cards on file will be processed for any guests
whose suites require smoke removal after vacating.
